BREAKFAST:
coffee or tea with skim milk and sugar substitute, 2 slices of
bran bread, along with as much ham as you wish.
MID MORNING: a light beverage, a
small can of tuna, ham, anchovies in vinegar.
LUNCH: picadillo soup, and grilled
fish or meat.
SNACK: coffee or tea with sugar substitute
and ham - as much as you like.
DINNER: Lettuce salad with
tuna and an plain egg omelet
