CHEESE FLAN


Ingredients for 8 persons

200ml. of cream.
200 grams of cream cheese.
1 1/2 envelopes of gelatin. Like Knox Gelatin.
Half a glass of milk
3 Tablespoons of sugar.
3 Tablespoons of caramel sauce.


Method of preparation

In a pot place the cream and the cheese.

Put the pot on a low flame stirring to dissolve the cheese into the cream. At the same time dissolve the gelatin in the half glass of milk and add to the pot stirring constantly.

Let boil for three or four minutes.

If you see it is lumpy beat with a hand blender to remove.

Prepare a pie plate by covering the bottom with the caramel.

Next add the cheese cream mix to the pie plate

Allow to cool and in a short time you will see that it thickens.

Prepare a plate larger than the pie plate, place it upside down over the pie plate and turn the whole thong over so that the flan comes out caramel side up on the plate

You see how easy it is to prepare a fantastic dessert.
