COUNTRY SALAD


Ingredients

1 kilo of potatoes
1 can of tuna of 100 grams.
3 eggs.
2 tomatoes
1/2 head of lettuce
1 small onion
1 cucumber
1 small can of pitted olives
1 cup of grated carrot
½ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
Salt


Method of preparation

Prepare a large pot with water and two teaspoons of salt.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Put them in the water to cook along with the 3 eggs.

Cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.

Rinse in a colander, peel the eggs and slice. (tricks for peeling eggs)

Wash the lettuce and peel the onion and divide into small pieces.

Mix the lettuce, onion, potatoes, carrot, and the tuna dress with the oil and the three tablespoons of vinegar.

Prepare a salad bowl and put the seasoned mix in the middle.

Decorate the edges with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and egg.

Put the olives on top.

Add a little salt for the cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs and a little more oil.
