Method of preparation:
Prepare a sauce pan with salted water to heat.
Wash the broccoli and remove the tough parts,
cut into pieces and add to the boiling water.
Let boil for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the flour in half a glass of cold milk.
When the broccoli is done drain in a colander.
Return the broccoli to the sauce pan and add the
half glass of milk and flour along with the rest of the milk.
Taste for salt.
Allow to boil slowly for 3 minutes
Alter the three minutes mix with a hand blender
to make the soup creamy.
Finally add the butter and pepper.
This should be served hot, although in very hot
weather it can be served cold.
