HAKE WITH CHEESE


Ingredients for four persons

4 slices of hake
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 tablespoon of flour
1 cup of milk
50 grams of grated cheese
The juice of one lemon
1 tomato
1 sprig of parsley
1 pinch of pepper
salt


1. Put the fish in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2. In a frying pan prepare a white sauce cooking the flour with the margarine and adding the milk.

3. Stir constantly to be sure it does not form lumps. Cook until it thickens.

4. Add the grated cheese, pepper, and salt, allow to cook 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the fish.

5. Prepare the oven at about 300º and cook the fish for about 35 minutes.

6. You can decorate the dish with tomatoes and parsley.
