1. Put the fish in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with lemon juice,
salt and pepper.
2. In a frying pan prepare a white sauce cooking
the flour with the margarine and adding the milk.
3. Stir constantly to be sure it does not form
lumps. Cook until it thickens.
4. Add the grated cheese, pepper, and salt, allow
to cook 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the fish.
5. Prepare the oven at about 300º and cook
the fish for about 35 minutes.
6. You can decorate the dish with tomatoes and
parsley.
