Method of preparation of the meatballs
Prepare a large bowl and add the meat along with
the diced garlic, the finely chopped parsley, the whole egg,
the slice of bread soaked in the milk and mix well. Add a pinch
of salt.
Begin to form ball, not too large, and roll in
the bread crumbs.
Put the oil in a frying pan and when it has heated
begin to fry the meatballs.
Finally we place them in a casserole dish.
Method of preparation of the sauce
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Put a frying pan on to heat and add the oil, when
it has heated begin to slowly fry the onion. When it has turned
golden add the paprika, the flour, and the garlic crushed in
the mortar. Stir well, next adding the vinegar and water. Allow
to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the sauce to the meatballs and cook for ten
minutes over a low heat.
Advice: You can add potatoes quarterd and fried,
and you can also add a can of green peas.
If you make this dish with the potatoes
and peas it can be served a full meal..
