MEATBALLS


Ingredients for 4 persons

500 grams of ground beef. (you can use other types of meat)

For the meatballs

1 egg.
1 garlic clove.
1 sprig of parsley.
¼ cup of milk
1 slice of bread.
½ cup of oil
Salt.
1cup of bread crumbs.
For the sauce

1 large onion.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1 teaspoon of flour.
5 tablespoons of vinegar.
½ cup of water.
1/3 cup of oil.
1 garlic clove.
Salt.


Method of preparation of the meatballs

Prepare a large bowl and add the meat along with the diced garlic, the finely chopped parsley, the whole egg, the slice of bread soaked in the milk and mix well. Add a pinch of salt.

Begin to form ball, not too large, and roll in the bread crumbs.

Put the oil in a frying pan and when it has heated begin to fry the meatballs.

Finally we place them in a casserole dish.

Method of preparation of the sauce

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Put a frying pan on to heat and add the oil, when it has heated begin to slowly fry the onion. When it has turned golden add the paprika, the flour, and the garlic crushed in the mortar. Stir well, next adding the vinegar and water. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the sauce to the meatballs and cook for ten minutes over a low heat.

Advice: You can add potatoes quarterd and fried, and you can also add a can of green peas.

If you make this dish with the potatoes and peas it can be served a full meal..
