Method of preparation
Prepare an oven safe dish, place the chicken in
it salt and coat with the oil.
Prepare the oven at a temperature of 400ºF
and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile juice 2 of the oranges and lemons. Peal
and segment the other two oranges.
Prepare a dish and add the sugar and the Vinegar,
heat until it caramelizes.
Add the juice, the slices, the wine, salt and
pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Dissolve the flour in a little water; it should
be well mixed so you do not get lumps. Add to the sauce and
cook an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and coat with
the sauce just before it is served.
