PEPPER STEAK


This dish should be served as soon as it is prepared

Ingredients for 4 person s

4 Sirloin steaks of 200 gr, each
1 tablespoons of pepper corns
200 ml. of liquid cream.
1 small glass of brandy
4 tablespoons of oil
Kitchen salt (optional)
Fine salt

 


Method of preparation

Grind the pepper corns, not too finely, and sprinkle over the meat.

Put the salt on the meat, the point of the salt on the meat is very important. I will explain ... if you are using kitchen salt you only need to add a dash of fine salt before cooking, if you are not using kitchen salt, you must add a little more of the fine to start.

Prepare a cooking dish and add the oil, when it is heated add the sirloin and fry on both sides, this should be done quickly. It is better if the meat be médium rare, but this also depends on the taste of the one who will eat it.

Drain the oil fron the dish but not the remains stuck to the bottom

Return the sirloins to the dish add the brandy and set a light.

Place the sirloin on the serving plate.

Finally make the sauce by putting the cream in the dish and heat for two minutes stirrins constantly.

Pour the sauce over the meat and serve immediately
