SEA BASS A LA SAL


ATENTIÓN:

A special note about weights and measures. The most accurate method is to use a small kitchen scale marked in grams and a measuring cup marked in mililiters and centiliters these can purchased in any store with kitchen supplies.


IIngredients for two persons

1 Sea bass of 1 kilo.
1/2 kilo of coarse salt
1 egg white.

 
  Prepare a mixture of beaten egg white and the coarse salt so that it becomes a sort of paste.
  Prepare a large dish for the oven and place the sea bass in it and begin to cover with the salt.
  Totally envelope the fish in the salt.
  Place the fish in the oven at a temperature of 425° F to 450°F for a time of 20 to 25 minutes.
  After that time remove the fish from the oven.
  You will see that the egg salt mixture has formed a sort of hard crust.
  Begin to remove the crust until it remains well cleaned.

You can serve this open and cleaned with a garnish of roasted potatoes
