Method of preparation.
Place the almounds in a saucepan with the heated oil. You must
continually move them so that they brown evenly. They should cook
about two or three minutes.
When you see that the almounds begin to brown, they are done.
Prepare a plate with a paper towel to absorb the oil.
Put the almoundson the onthe towell and SALT to taste. I recommend
a good deal of salt as it tends to fall off as they cool.n
To eat all you need do is wait until they cool.
Trick to peel almounds.
If all you can buy are almounds
with their skins it is easy to peel them. Simply heat a small
quantity of water and boil the almounds for a minute or so. Then
they will pop out of the skin with a pinch.
