Method of preparation:
Prepare a large frying pan with the cup of oil
and warm. When it has warmed add the flour and mix with the
oil until it is well blended. This is done over a low heat.
Little buy little begin to add the milk and stir
continuously. It is best done with a whisk. You must get a mixture
without lumps so you must stir rapidly and energetically.
When you have it all well blended add the condensed milk and
continue stirring until you have a thick mass.
Pour into a dish about 12 by 2 inches.
Allow to cool at least two hours, you can let
it cool outside the refrigerator but it is better inside.
Prepare a plate with the sugar and cinnamon well mixed.
Prepare another plate with the eggs well beaten.
Prepare a third plate with the 2 tablespoons of flour.
When the dough is well chilled form the dough into pieces about
two inches long and roll them in the flour then in the beaten
eggs.
Prepare a frying pan with the oil and heat. It should be well
heated.
Begin frying the pieces, five at a time, Be sure to turn them
quickly so as not to burn them.
Place the pieces of fried batter on a plate.
Finally roll the pieces in the sugar and cinnamon already prepared.
Place them on a platter and chill.
