The most difficult is peeling the peppers. I will give you a trick
to peel them easily.
Before putting the peppers in the oven coat them
with oil being sure to rub it in well over the entire pepper.
When you remove the peppers from the oven for
cooling cover them with a kitchen towel and wait until they
have completely cooled.
Once cooled remove the stem and seeds. This is
easily done with a teaspoon.
Once you have removed the seed, peel the peppers
very carefully.
Slice them into long strips and place them on
a tray.
Put on the salt.
Cut the garlic into very small pieces and place
on top of the peppers.
Finally pour the olive oil on top to coat.
