This really works. I can tell you from experience. It is easy
to lose a pound or so a day, if you eat only this soup, this is
not the solution for obesity, but a help to eliminate a tittle
fat if it is not much weight you wish to lose. You can eat the
soup as often as you like. At first this may be easy but after
many days it may be hard to continue. It is does not have a disagreedable
taste, it is some what like a vegetable soup.
This could be substituted for a regular meal. This is not as effective
but will still help.
I give you the recipe for the soup although if your
weight problem is more serious it is better to plan a complete
diet. There are many available.
Ingredients
4 pounds of tomatoes (could be canned but natural and whole)
6 large onions
2 green peppers
1 stick celery at least 1/4 lb.
1 cabbage
Salt, pepper.
Prepare a large stock pot. Large enough to hold all of the ingredients.
The bigger the better.
Peel and cut the tomatoes in to small pieces.
Remove the seeds and cut the peppers in small piece.
Cut up the celery.
Cut up the cabbage into small pieces.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Put all the ingredients in the pot and cover with
water.
Cook letting all the vegetables reduce in size until
it is all tender.
Since this is a large quantily, store it in the
refrigerator. It will keep various days.
It should not be puree. You must eat the bits
whole vegetable.
