This system of weight control is composed of a very simple diet
and natural treatment that will help you thin without difficulty.
You will be able to eat 5 times a day in order
not to be hungry and you will use foods you have in the kitchen
cooking them as you always do: roasted, fried, and baked.
Do not play with your health, there is only
one way to lose weight, BY EATING, you only need to learn to
eat correctly.
Elaborate your own menu with al of these foods which you
are permitted to eat.
MEATS: of all these types, chicken, turkey, any
poultry, beef, veal, lamb, rabbit, all except pork which is
prohibited.
FISH AND SEAFOODS: all white and blue fish, including
canned such as tuna or anchovies, octopus, mussels, clams...
CURED MEATS: ham, turkey sausage, turkey ham
EGGS: only reduce the intake for cholesterol or
personal medical reasons.
VEGETABLES: during the first week you will only
eat lettuce, endive, escarole or cucumber. (Only once a day
and of only one type. During the next weeks you will begin adding
more vegetables according to the weight you lose)
DRINKS: is recommended a liter and a half
of water daily. You are allowed: tea, coffee, clear soft drinks,
and light beverages.
OBSERVATIONES:
2 Slices of oat bread a day at breakfast.
1 glass of fat free milk a day.
Use sugar substitutes
Oil and salt as usual
Use apple cider vinegar
For breaded meats use only wheat bran flour
You can use any spices, herbs or garlic. Avoid the use of lemon.
COMPLEMENTS FOR A PERFECT DIET (Optional)
Three herbal teas a day before the main meals
like breakfast, lunch and dinner. (With these drinks we help
digestion so the intestines function correctly.),
20 vitamin capsules with royal jelly, we
will take a capsule of 10 milligrams in the morning before eating.
(This will supply us with calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium,
zinc and many vitamins we may have been lacking in our previous
diet.)
