BREAKFAST:
coffee or tea with skim milk and sugar substitute, 2 slices of
bran bread, along with as much ham as you wish.
MID MORNING: a light beverage, a
small can of tuna, ham, anchovies in vinegar.
LUNCH: picadillo soup, and grilled
fish or meat.
SNACK: coffee or tea with sugar substitute
and ham - as much as you like.
DINNER: Lettuce salad with
tuna and an plain egg omelet
Day 2
BREAKFAST:
same as yesterday.
MID MORNING: tea of light beverage,
anchovies or crab sticks.
LUNCH: grilled squid, steamed mussels
or any fish steamed or grilled.
SNACK: same as yesterday.
DINNER: grilled filet of meat or fish
Day 3
BREAKFAST:
like day one.
MID MORNING: like day one
LUNCH: garlic chicken, or rabbit,
with fried eggs.
SNACK: like day one
DINNER: diced cucumber with anchovies
or tuna, or grilled chicken strips or wings
Day 4
BREAKFAST:
like day one.
MID MORNING: like day one.
LUNCH: sautéed or steamed
clams, grilled fish, grilled or boiled shrimp.
SNACK: like day one.
DINNER: meatballs, you may not use bread to make them but
you may use bran, and lettuce or escarole salad.
Day 5
BREAKFAST:
like day one.
MID MORNING: like day one.
LUNCH: grilled lamb chops, grilled
octopus or cuttlefish, lettuce salad.
SNACK: like day one.
DINNER: fried eggs with light sausages,
or ham.
Day 6
DESAYUNO:
