should do the following,
First, when you bring the onions from the supermarket,
peel then, that is remove the first skin, (you will lose a little
time but when you cook you will get it back)
Second, store them in the refrigerator; a good place is the
fresh vegetable bin.
Third, when you need to peel them place them in the freezer
for 10 minutes.
With this system you will not have that sad face and you will
not cry.
