We will use a double boiler
Prepare the double boiler with water in the lower pot and bring
to a boil.
Place the other pot on top and add the chocolate, and the butter
in small pieces.
Let boil until the chocolate and butter have melted.
Dissolve the coffee in the two tablespoons of brandy.
Mix the egg yolks and the powdered sugar.
Mix all the ingredients well, thechocolate and butter, the coffee,
brandy, the egg yolks and sugar. Beat with a hand blender.
Place this mixture in a bowl and refrierate for 5 to 6 hours.
Once the chocolate is firm, form it into balls with a teaspoon
and roll in the chocolate sprinkles.
Finally place each in a candy cup. If you do not have any just
place them on a plate. Remember the chocolate can melt so you
should store them in the refrigerator until they are to be eaten.
Option: If you have a microwave you can melt the chocolate and
butter in it but keep an eye on it so it does not burn.

have begun to prepare these I no longer buy chocolates.
